Claudia joined the firm in 1992 and was member of the team until 2005.

Claudia is a legal consultant, litigator, arbitrator and legal expert on Civil Law. She works in civil, corporate and commercial cases and transactions as well as business criminal cases and regulatory investigations.

She works mostly in construction, contracting, engineering consultancy, property, and real estate, corporate, banking, and M&A. She advises international and local firms on their projects with a focus on the MENA region as well as Europe and all legal aspects pertaining thereto. She has advised and represented clients in litigation, ADR, compliance, regulatory investigations and setting aside recourses in relation to disputes and transactions of various nature. She also acts in various jurisdictions in international and domestic arbitration. Claudia also advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial matters. Her international law practice provides essential legal counsel to many international, regional, and local commercial companies and corporations.

On a more personal note, Claudia is involved in various caritative and community initiatives and animal welfare support. she is member of the Board of Trustees of the Lebanese School in Qatar.

Claudia is a role model for all of us, in dedication and achievement.

Her memberships include: the Beirut Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Foreign Lawyers Admission Committee in Qatar, Qatar International Court (QICDRC) as well as in ICC Beirut and Qatar.

She has obtained her law degree and a Masters degree in private law from Saint Joseph University and a certificate from Harvard University on Leadership and Negotiation.

Claudia is an Arabic, English and French speaker.
